The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) reported that in 2018, unemployment rates for ethnic minorities were about 6% higher than those for white people. This is just one instance of the ongoing inequalities in the UK. Hence, it is essential to educate ourselves on supporting and promoting equality and British Values.
