{"id":84,"date":"2012-06-29T14:27:20","date_gmt":"2012-06-29T14:27:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bsygroup.co.uk\/news\/?p=84"},"modified":"2025-11-25T15:13:56","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T15:13:56","slug":"feedback-on-our-counselling-courses-and-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bsygroup.co.uk\/news\/index.php\/2012\/06\/feedback-on-our-counselling-courses-and-more\/","title":{"rendered":"Feedback on our counselling courses and more"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At BSY, we always enjoy reading the feedback of those who are taking our complementary therapy and counselling courses.\u00a0 We also feel that it can help fellow students as well as offering valuable words of advice to those thinking of studying with us.<\/p>\n<p>Helena Fae Dyson enrolled on the Eating Disorders (Part 1) course and the Basic Counselling course.\u00a0 She chose to study them as \u2018I was interested in the subject area and it would help me in my work\/future career choice\u2019.\u00a0 Helena decided to enrol with BSY as \u2018the courses are broken down in to manageable chunks and there is no pressure to finish each module.\u00a0 There are a wide variety of interesting subjects available and you get our what you want to put in to the course.\u2019\u00a0 So far, Helena has been most happy with the \u2018feedback written under most of my answers\u2019 which\u00a0 \u2018have given me encouragement and different ways of presenting answers \u2013 such as labelled medical diagrams.\u2019\u00a0 Helena feels that these courses will help her to \u2018progress on to a different career path and support my practice in my current role as a front line women\u2019s support worker\u2019.\u00a0 If you are thinking of studying with BSY then Helena would say that \u2018this is a fantastic way of juggling studying with employment and family life.\u00a0 I am a single mum and have no support with my children so if issues pop up I can put my studies on hold \u2013 avoiding the stress of deadlines having a knock on effect on my course work, job and home life.\u00a0 All courses are manageable-sized modules and confidence builds as you progress.\u2019\u00a0 Helena agrees that she \u2018would recommend BSY to a friend\u2019 and that \u2018BSY courses are excellent value for money\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Valerie Goose chose the Homeopathy course (one of our complementary therapy courses).\u00a0 Valerie chose this course as \u2018I am interested in \u201cnatural health\u201d and wanted to enhance my knowledge so that I can offer my clients the best choices for their health as well as helping myself and my family\u2019.\u00a0 Valerie decided to study with BSY as \u2018it has a good reputation and is well established.\u00a0 Also I am able to study in my own time and that fits in with my other commitments.\u2019\u00a0 She has been most happy with \u2018the standard of the lessons which don\u2019t overload you with lots of unnecessary information\u2019.\u00a0 To those who may be thinking of studying with BSY, Valerie says \u2018go for it.\u00a0 You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain, and you will enjoy it too.\u2019\u00a0 Valerie agrees that \u2018studying with BSY is convenient and that \u2018the BSY course advisors are helpful\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The relevant website pages have more information about our <a title=\"Complementary Therapy Courses\" href=\"http:\/\/bsygroup.co.uk\/course-menu-complementary.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">complementary therapy courses<\/span><\/a> and <a title=\"Counselling Courses\" href=\"http:\/\/bsygroup.co.uk\/course-menu-counselling.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">counselling courses<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At BSY, we always enjoy reading the feedback of those who are taking our complementary therapy and counselling courses.\u00a0 We also feel that it can help fellow students as well as offering valuable words of advice to those thinking of studying with us.
