Course overview

First Aid is an initial response by any competent person to any situation where a person (casualty) is injured or suffering from an illness of sudden onset. This casualty will require your reassurance and attention, until appropriate medical aid is obtained. This course introduces the basic principles and practices of First Aid, teaching what you can do to help in any situation requiring First Aid; help that could save a life.
