The ancient teachers of Yoga devised postures by observing the movements of certain animals who seemed to move more gracefully, and to relax more easily, than humans. The postures are designed to develop flexibility, suppleness, inner awareness and controlled relaxation of the mind and body. This course guides you further into the creation of mental, emotional and physical harmony.

Yoga Intermediate Part 2 is an excellent follow-on course.

Students obtaining 70% or more marks in the final examination will be awarded the BSY Certificate of Competence.
