As choice is expanded so life is enriched, yet it is often made more taxing. Decision-making takes it toll. As life-styles have become enhanced, so have our stressors.

Approximately 1 in 10 of the population suffers from anxiety states and a large number of this group will also suffer from phobias (irrational fears).

The approach to recovery takes a practical and down to earth view of problems and involves discussion, advice and the teaching of practical strategies that clients can use in their own lives. Research has proven the effectiveness of these techniques in a range of stress-related problems.
