Clinical Personal Fitness Trainer courses

Clinical Personal Fitness Trainer courses

The danger for most of us is not that we might exercise too hard, but that we do not exercise at all.

More than forty-eight percent of us are overweight, ten percent are obese and physical activity is already compromised by disease or infirmity.

Exercise then takes on an even greater importance and this course is designed for both the fitness trainers who want to help the able-bodied and those who also want to help the disabled to achieve maximum fitness and well-being.

One day of practical training is essential. Full details available on request.
