This course has been designed to train both the therapist interested in treating others and the individual interested in self-help.

This method of simple techniques and exercises to achieve and maintain healthy eyesight was devised by an eminent New York eye specialist, Dr. William H. Bates.

It can help anyone, no matter how good or poor their sight may be, to improve the health and strength of the eyes.

It is recommended that you study Anatomy and Physiology in conjunction with this course.
