Using the Alexander Technique will improve the posture enabling the body to work in a more natural, relaxed and efficient manner, promoting a harmonious state of both body and mind and helping a whole range of medical conditions.

The Alexander Technique has helped people of all ages from all walks of life by improving their physical and emotional well-being and their resistance to stress.

These techniques make a wonderful adjunct to Yoga Teacher (Hatha Yoga) or Stress Consultancy.
